Welfare Units – Site Set Up Cabins

The New SMH 400 Series Welfare Units are the ultimate units for the contractor who needs to supply a welfare facility, a place for their men to eat and drink, clean up after work and even wash and dry towels and clothing as required.

All units will have storage cupboards table and chairs, heating & lighting. Units are available from stock or can be built to individual specifications and on-site needs as required.

 

Designed to meet the on-site needs of the asbestos removal contractor who does not have the use of any on-site facilities, especially on demolition sites or where clients are selective and do not wish operatives to share their canteen facilities.
The units equipment list can include a sink, shower, toilet and hob, fridge, electric sockets for a kettle and even a washing machine and tumble dryer.

 

Four sizes are available to seat from 4 to 12 people, normally in two rooms.
Units are designed for operatives to have a place to sit and prepare hot drinks and light meals and to keep food fresh, a fridge is included. Mugs and plates can be washed up in the sink provided with hot water available from the gas hot water heater. A table and chairs are available to eat at and can also be used as a place to undertake paperwork on site. The units are manufactured to a high standard, so that on-site meetings can take place with the client.
